False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are presented at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-yr length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These courses start at NCV level two plus the bare minimum requirement would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

After the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they'd then have attained a grade 10 certification. NCV Level 3 would be grade 11 and NCV Level four is grade 12.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, currently being equivalent to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade nine is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV stage 2 and that is equivalent to an NQF level 2.
